Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our team. Duties Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established recipes and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment Restock food and beverage stations with supplies as needed Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide exceptional guest service Manage food handling responsibilities following safety protocols Clear tables, bussing dishes promptly to ensure a tidy environment Support catering or banquet setups if required Follow proper food safety procedures and maintain hygiene standards at all times Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy breakfast hours Requirements Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is preferred; kitchen experience is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to interact positively with guests and team members Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work mornings during breakfast hours, including weekends if necessary Customer service-oriented attitude with excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills Basic culinary skills including meal preparation, food presentation, and possibly knife skills or meat cutting are beneficial Experience in hotel or restaurant settings, including serving or host/host roles, is desirable This role offers an engaging opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and food service.
