A Busser, Banquet Worker, or Cafeteria Attendant assists with food service at a restaurant, large banquet hall or cafeteria. Removes used dishes, sets tables with clean dishes and linens, replenishes foods served at food stations or buffet tables, and provides water, coffee or other beverages for patrons.
Café Attendants are responsible for providing friendly, efficient service in a high-volume, cafeteria-style environment while ensuring guests have everything they need to enjoy their dining experience. This position rotates between cashier, guest service, dining area maintenance, and stocking responsibilities while helping maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready restaurant. Success in this role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment:
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. TSVI is located in a high-altitude alpine environment. Position will require travel on uneven, snow packed, or icy terrain and may be exposed to wet, cold and/or humid conditions. May require working alone or with others depending on day's business.
Physical Demands of Position Include:
Will often lift up to 25 pounds; occasionally team lift up to 50 pounds. 80-100% of the time will be spent standing, shoveling, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, tasting, and smelling. 25-50% of the time may be spent climbing/balancing and being exposed to the outdoors including winter weather conditions. Occasionally sitting - less than 15% of the time.
