Café Attendants are responsible for providing friendly, efficient service in a high-volume, cafeteria-style environment while ensuring guests have everything they need to enjoy their dining experience. This position rotates between cashier, guest service, dining area maintenance, and stocking responsibilities while helping maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready restaurant. Success in this role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Essential Job Responsibilities:

Work Environment:

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. TSVI is located in a high-altitude alpine environment. Position will require travel on uneven, snow packed, or icy terrain and may be exposed to wet, cold and/or humid conditions. May require working alone or with others depending on day's business.

Physical Demands of Position Include:

Will often lift up to 25 pounds; occasionally team lift up to 50 pounds. 80-100% of the time will be spent standing, shoveling, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, tasting, and smelling. 25-50% of the time may be spent climbing/balancing and being exposed to the outdoors including winter weather conditions. Occasionally sitting - less than 15% of the time.
