Employee recognition programs. Position Summary The Banquets/Events Set-Up Employee is primarily responsible for setting up and preparing banquet and conference rooms for events. The ideal candidate will provide friendly, welcoming service to our guests and demonstrate excellent attendance and reliability. Essential Duties & Requirements Set up and arrange banquet and conference rooms according to event specifications. Respond to guest requests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner. Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality. Ability to push, pull, stand, walk, lift, stretch, and kneel for most of the workday. Ability to regularly lift and carry 35-50 pounds.
