Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated Server Assistant/Food Runner to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the efficient delivery of food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables and help ensure fantastic service for every guest. Duties
- Deliver food orders promptly and efficiently to customers
- Ensure accuracy in delivering the correct dishes to the right tables
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth food service
- Assist in pre-bussing tables as needed
- Refill waters, ensure guests have silverware/napkins, etc.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any customer inquiries or requests promptly Experience
- Prior experience in a hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation procedures is a plus
- Experience in banquets or catering services is beneficial
- Willingness to help and support team members is essential This job will be Fridays and Saturdays (5-10ish).
