Job Description

Dish room and Sanitation Attendant Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dish room and Sanitation Attendant to join our Dining Services team. This position involves set up and operation of entire dish room, maintaining and restocking dining equipment and product, and cleaning the floors throughout the food service area. Additional duties include assisting with proper receiving and storage of all food and non-food items and cleaning kitchen equipment such as exhaust hoods and walk-in coolers. Special assignments may include delivery, setup and staffing of catered events and custodial-type work within the dining hall. Must be comfortable using cleaning equipment and following safety protocols.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Basic math and reading comprehension Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. with appropriate equipment and assistance SERV Safe Food Handler/HACCP Certified within one year of employment Willingness to attend training and work weekends/overtime as needed
Pay:
$20.72/hour per union contract; additional pay depending on assigned shift
Hours:
40 hours per week Academic Work Schedule Saturday 5:00pm
  • 1:30 am Sunday 2:30pm
  • 11:00pm Monday 2:30pm
  • 11:00 pm Tuesday 2:30pm
  • 11:00pm Wednesday off Thursday off Friday 5:00pm
