Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a busser. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests while providing exceptional service in the food industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, catering, or hospitality and possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Duties Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations. Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Provide support in food preparation and serving during busy periods. Maintain high standards of food handling and safety practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals. Engage with customers to provide excellent service and address any inquiries or concerns. Uphold the standards of hospitality by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Skills Proven experience in cleaning and maintaining restaurant or hotel environments. Background in food service, including knowledge of food handling practices. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Experience in bussing, serving, or kitchen roles within the food industry. Familiarity with catering operations is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
