Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests during breakfast service. You will ensure that the breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and that food safety standards are maintained. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills to assist guests effectively. Responsibilities Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with a variety of food items, ensuring freshness and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service. Assist guests with their breakfast needs, providing information about menu items and dietary options. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines during food preparation and service. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery. Handle guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Utilize OpenTable for managing guest seating arrangements when necessary. Perform cleaning duties post-service to maintain a hygienic environment. Experience Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safety standards is advantageous. Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, to interact positively with guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience as a delivery driver or dietary aide is a plus, showcasing versatility in food service roles.
