Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Breakfast/Social Attendant to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere during morning hours and social events. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining breakfast service areas, ensuring food safety standards are met, and providing exceptional customer service to guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a positive environment where guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. Duties Prepare and set up breakfast and social event areas, ensuring all food items are presented attractively and efficiently Serve food and beverages with professionalism, maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer service Assist with food preparation, including basic cooking, garnishing, and replenishing buffet stations as needed Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, proper handling, and sanitation procedures at all times Engage with guests in a friendly manner, addressing their needs promptly and courteously Support catering and banquet functions by setting up tables, serving guests, and clearing after events Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, utensils, and service stations throughout shifts to uphold hygiene standards Requirements Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments preferred Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Experience serving or working in banquet settings or catering environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food handling safety practices and food industry standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus Hospitality background or dietary aide experience can enhance your fit for this role Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this position
