Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Crew Member and become the heart of our fast-paced, customer-focused food service environment! In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional service by preparing food, operating POS systems, and ensuring a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable experiences for every guest while supporting daily restaurant operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop culinary skills, enhance customer service expertise, and thrive in a vibrant food industry setting. This is a Jimmy Johns and Baskin Robbins combination restaurant, so all staff are required to work at both brands. Responsibilities Prepare food items efficiently and accurately following established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a friendly approach Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with health regulations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems such as is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic demeanor Ability to perform food handling duties safely while adhering to sanitation standards Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Restaurant experience or background in the food industry is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key Join us to be part of a lively team where your energy makes a difference!
