Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Follows all company policies as outlined in the employee handbook and the "General Policies and Procedures" section of the Busser Training Manual. Maintains a positive attendance record by reporting to work for assigned shifts 10 minutes prior to scheduled time, Follows all sanitation and safety standards set forth by the company. Meets all uniform, appearance, and grooming standards as specified in the employee handbook and Server Training Manual. Maintains our guest service philosophy by following guest service standards. Knows all menu items offered at the restaurant. Understands table numbering system and is able to identify delegated table assignment 100% of the time. Greets Guests and acknowledges them until the server's arrival. Performs side work correctly as specified in the "Side Work Duties" section of the Busser Training Manual. Follows all end-of-shift checkout procedures. Busses, sets, and resets tables following company procedures within 3 minutes of guests leaving their tables. Maintains a good team environment by assisting other team members with their station duties and side work when there is a need and/or when available.

EDUCATION
High School diploma or
GED. EXPERIENCE
Previous guest service and restaurant service a plus
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS
Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds repeatedly throughout shift. Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for period of up to hour hours in length. Must possess manual ability to handle/serve food.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
: We maintain an alcohol/drug-free workplace. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform in casino operations containing smoke and second-hand smoke with high noise level and bright lights . Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Ability to work in fast paced environment and problem-solving ability. Must be able to work independently
Job Summary:
This job is responsible for setting, clearing, and resetting dining areas of the restaurant. The bus person ensures guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for guests to dine. He or she is also responsible for expediting the food from the kitchen to the guests, acting as an additional quality control step to ensure the dishes come out consistently and according to the recipe specifications.
