You'll work closely with team members and interact professionally with clients and event staff to create a positive experience for all. What You'll Do As a Banquet Event Set Up and Tear Down, you will be responsible for Working as part of a team to set up event spaces, arrange chairs, tables, and displays Distributing chairs, tables, and setting ropes and displays as directed Following instructions while working efficiently to complete setup and tear-down on time Interacting with clients and other event professionals in a respectful manner Potentially engaging in casual conversations with clients to ensure their satisfaction What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have Ability to follow detailed directions and lift 50+ lbs safely Outgoing personality with a team-oriented mindset Ability to work quickly and efficiently, adhering to deadlines Flexibility to work various shifts Why Join Us in Sunriver?
