Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff and communicate any special requests or modifications from guests
- Ensure food safety and proper handling of dishes during transportation
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any guest inquiries or concerns to waitstaff and manager
- Work closely with the waitstaff to ensure efficient and timely service
Skills:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel setting is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
