JOB SUMMARY
Assist servers by carrying food trays to table and returning soiled items to the kitchen
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist servers with their tasks Carry food trays of soiled dishes and bring to dishwasher Stock and prepare runner station for service Keep work area organized and clean Collect soiled linens and deposit in designated bins Collect trash and recycling in designated dumpsters Keep ice bins filled Sweep and mop kitchen floor at end of each shift Assist with bouquet set up - move tables, chairs, A/V equipment, and related items as instructed by manager Coordinate and time all food that leaves kitchen. Assure that each order leaves the kitchen in a timely manner Consistently communicate with servers, kitchen, and management Perform other tasks as requested by management team Must be 16 years of age or older Must be physically able to carry up to 50 lbs. and travel stairs without difficulty
