Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment through regular cleaning routines. Handle manual tasks such as weight handling in the workplace, food portioning, and stock replenishment. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and addressing their needs promptly. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems while managing customer payments. Follow food safety management protocols to prevent contamination and ensure quality control. Support food preparation activities, including basic cooking tasks and ingredient handling. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery in a fast-paced environment. Skills Proven experience in food service roles within fine dining or restaurant settings. Strong knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling best practices. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Experience with wine knowledge is a plus for enhancing guest experience. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Competency in basic math for cash handling and inventory management. Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions accurately. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently. Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods. Understanding of food safety management principles to maintain compliance standards. Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is highly desirable.
