Job Description

Role Overview:
Responsible for preparing cold and limited hot foods in production areas, serving to tray and cafeteria areas, and assisting in catering functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare salads and desserts following recipes and packaging instructions. Portion and merchandise food items according to department standards. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in tray lines, cafeterias, and dish rooms. Record temperatures and replenish nourishment stations, documenting all items accurately. Receive food and supplies per policy and manage proper par levels at workstations. Process cafeteria charges correctly and report issues to supervisors.
Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards, work in a team environment, and handle multiple tasks efficiently. This role typically involves working in an office environment, with a focus on compliance with policies and procedures to ensure quality service and food safety.
