We're looking for a driven, hospitality-focused Assistant to the Dining Manager to support daily dining operations, lead by example, and help deliver an elevated experience for residents and guests. What You'll Do Support the Dining Manager in overseeing daily front-of-house operations Lead by example during service, ensuring exceptional hospitality and resident satisfaction Assist with scheduling, staffing, and team coordination Help train, coach, and develop dining team members Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times Monitor service flow, resolve issues, and maintain a high standard of experience Support inventory, supplies, and daily operational needs Assist with special events, catering, and themed dining experiences What We're Looking For Hospitality-driven with strong leadership potential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay organized and lead in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a strong focus on service quality Positive, team-first mindset with a desire to grow into management Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Preferred Previous experience in dining services, hospitality, or restaurant environments Experience in a lead or supervisory role Senior living or healthcare dining experience is a plus
