This position ensures the café remains clean, organized, and fully stocked while maintaining the high service standards expected in a country club environment. Key Responsibilities Guest Service Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system Provide prompt and attentive service to ensure a positive guest experience Address guest requests and communicate concerns to the Supervisor when necessary Food & Beverage Service Prepare and serve beverages including coffees, cocktails, smoothies, and other café beverages Serve beer, wine, and other beverages following responsible alcohol service guidelines Maintain quality and presentation of all food and beverage items Ensure orders are delivered quickly and accurately Cleaning & Organization Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment at all times Wipe counters, prep areas, and service stations regularly Sweep and maintain the café and surrounding guest areas Empty trash and recycling as needed Clean equipment and service tools at the end of the shift Stocking & Inventory Restock coolers with beverages and snacks throughout the shift Replenish cups, lids, napkins, straws, and other supplies Notify the Supervisor when products or supplies are running low Assist with organizing storage areas and rotating products (FIFO) Teamwork Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations Complete assigned side duties during slower service periods Assist coworkers during busy periods to maintain efficient service Safety & Compliance Follow all health, sanitation, and safety standards Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies Maintain a safe and organized work environment Qualifications Previous food and beverage or customer service experience preferred Friendly, professional, and reliable Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate items Availability to work weekends and holidays Work Environment This position is located at a poolside café in a country club setting and may require working outdoors in warm weather conditions.
