Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu options, and provide in-person customer service that exceeds expectations. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including coffee machines, toasters, cold bars, and other small appliances. Follow food safety management protocols to ensure proper handling of food products and prevent contamination or spoilage. Support team members in weight handling tasks such as restocking supplies. Uphold high standards of hospitality by creating a warm, friendly atmosphere that encourages guest satisfaction. Skills Previous experience in food service environments is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety sanitizing procedures. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining cleanliness standards.
