Job Description
This position requires enthusiasm and professionalism. Shifts available Monday-Saturday {closed Sundays} Job Responsibilities include: Your primary responsibility throughout the shift will be to ensure that tables get cleaned and reset quickly and efficiently once a guest has finished dining. Running Food. You will be trained how to properly run food using our table number and seat number system. PreBussing
- when a table is done with a particular course and dishes have been moved to one end of the table, you will politely clear the table. This goes for empty glassware also. ( Assisting servers by taking plates from them/helping them clear tables) Watering tables
- always help make sure guests' water glasses are kept full! Dining Room Cleanliness
- always making sure our dining rooms are kept clean and free of all debris. Assisting with restocking of glass and platewares Keeping Ice Bins full Assisting with any server needs
- This could include any number of our service requirements; delivering our Gift of Friendship, running cocktails, doing a checkback on a course delivery, etc.
