Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly after guests leave. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing utensils and condiments. Help with food handling tasks, ensuring that all food items are stored properly and presented attractively. Support catering events as needed, ensuring that all areas are well-prepared for service. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. Assist with any additional tasks as directed by management to enhance the overall dining experience. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to help others contribute to an enjoyable atmosphere for both guests and staff. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
