Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Bus Person to join our dynamic restaurant team! Duties Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring all dishes, glassware, and utensils are removed and replaced promptly Maintain cleanliness of dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing tables and floors regularly Assist with food running duties by delivering dishes from the kitchen to guests' tables in a timely manner Support servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and attending to guest needs as directed Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, chairs, or supplies following safe lifting practices Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnover and ensure smooth service flow Uphold food safety standards by maintaining sanitation and hygiene in all areas of food handling and service Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required — enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests Knowledge of sanitation, cleaning procedures, and food safety regulations within the food industry Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Hospitality or catering experience is a plus but not essential — training will be provided!
