Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely processing of sales transactions. Serve food and drinks professionally, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, demonstrating knowledge of drink recipes and presentation standards. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales by recommending specials or premium options like fine wines or craft cocktails. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bar stations, dining tables, and food handling zones. Process cash transactions efficiently while adhering to cash handling protocols; operate POS systems smoothly for billing and payments. Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure seamless operations. Monitor guest relations actively to address any concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience from start to finish. Experience Previous food service experience in restaurants, bars, or hospitality settings is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing sales transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety. Experience with beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation techniques. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours while maintaining high-quality service. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest satisfaction and loyalty. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
