Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Associate to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our food service area. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation, contributing to an enjoyable dining experience for our customers. Duties Operate the Square POS system efficiently to process customer orders and payments. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items are prepared according to health and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the food preparation and service areas. Buss tables promptly and efficiently to ensure a clean dining environment for guests. Follow all food handling procedures to guarantee the safety and quality of food served. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns professionally. Experience Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a quick service fast food restaurant, is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Strong cash handling skills are necessary for this position. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating strong communication skills.
