In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling orders. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage various tasks will contribute to a positive dining experience for all.​ Duties Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and recommending dining selections. Assist in maintaining a clean dining facility. Conduct product demonstrations to promote new items and enhance customer knowledge of products. Engage in upselling techniques to increase sales and enhance the overall dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area and throughout the store. Handle cash transactions with accuracy, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Requirements Previous experience in restaurant service or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems is essential for efficient transaction processing. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with customers and team members. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as there are many limited English speaking customers who frequeny this establishment.
