Lead / Trainer Barista (Store #60032) Are you passionate about coffee, people, and creating meaningful customer experiences? We're looking for a Lead / Trainer Barista to join our team at Store #60032 and help elevate both our craft and our culture.
What You'll Do:
Lead by example on the floor, delivering exceptional service and beverage quality Train and mentor new and existing partners, ensuring consistency with standards Support daily operations, including opening/closing duties and shift leadership Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-focused environment Uphold cleanliness, food safety, and operational excellence
