We're looking for a dependable, energetic Food Truck Assistant to join our small team. This is a hands-on position that's perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying busy, and being part of a growing local business. What You'll Do As a Food Truck Assistant, you'll help with day-to-day food truck operations, including: Greet customers and provide friendly customer service Take orders and process payments Assist with food preparation and assembling orders Package and hand out customer orders Restock food, drinks, condiments, and supplies Keep counters, equipment, and work areas clean and organized Wash dishes and utensils as needed Assist with opening and closing duties Help load, unload, and prepare for events when needed Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Perform other food truck duties as needed Schedule Part-Time | Wednesday-Saturday Hours may vary depending on our regular service schedule, catering jobs, special events, and business needs. Applicants should have flexibility within the Wednesday-Saturday schedule , including some evenings. Up to approximately 32 hours per week. Pay $13.00 per hour What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers Able to work in a fast-paced, small-space environment Willing to learn and take direction Able to work independently when needed Comfortable standing for extended periods Able to safely lift and move supplies Reliable transportation to and from work Must maintain good cleanliness and personal hygiene while working around food Food Handler certification required or willingness to obtain one Must be able to pass a background check Food service or customer service experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person. Location Our primary location is at Irving Mall near the AMC entrance , with occasional work at catering jobs, community events, schools, and other locations in the DFW area. Join That 1 Place!
