Join our growing TEAM! We are searching for an experienced Cook for a medical facility located in
Jacksonville, TX Shift:
5am-330pm/10am-630pmSchedule:
Monday - Friday + rotating weekends Rate of pay: $15-$16DOE Position Details:
Prepare, cook, and plate meals for patients, staff, and special events, following specific recipes and portion guidelines. Follow all sanitation and food safety protocols, including temperature control, proper storage, and maintaining a clean work area. Monitor and order food supplies, and track inventory to ensure freshness and availability. Assist in other areas/ or duties as assigned.Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Prior experience in a healthcare setting is required. Proficient in cooking and food prep techniques. Strong understanding od food safety, sanitation, and nutrition. Ability to read and follow recipes and dietary instructions accurately. Knowledge of operation of kitchen equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
