Job Description

BUSSER HOURLY POSITION
$15.65/HR Must be flexible to work night shifts including weekends and holidays
PURPOSE :
Under the direction of the Food & Beverage Front of House Manager the busser is responsible for assisting servers and guests in accordance with established policies and procedures on an assigned shift. Clearing, cleaning, resetting tables and dining room cleanliness.

N/A ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
: Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest services in all interactions with guests, and fellow team members. Responsible for refilling water, iced tea, and coffee as needed at guest's tables. Remove dirty dishes and clean tables. Replenish table supplies and set tables for service in a timely manner. Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and ensures cleanliness standards Assist with set-up, opening and closing duties according to side work procedures. Maintain a work environment that is safe, professional, and friendly and conducive to a high level of productivity and performance. Relay guest's concerns, complaints, or compliments to the server restaurant supervisor or manager as appropriate. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
:
Education and Experience :
High School Diploma/GED.
Skills and Abilities :
Demonstrate the ability to establish rapport and effectively relate to Guests and Team Members.
PREFERRED
:
Education and Experience :
Minimum 1-year experience in food service or retail with high volume.
REQUIRED TRAINING
: New Team Member Orientation Team Member Policy Handbook Department Policy Handbook Guest Service Standards Any position related training deemed necessary by Department Manager
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
: Must possess sensitivity to the Native American culture. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License. Must comply with all Naskila Casino Policies. Must successfully complete an Introductory Period. Must be able to communicate and interact with Guests, fellow Team Members, and Management in a professional and courteous manner. Must follow all Safety Rules and Regulations. Must adhere to Dress Code and Appearance Policies. Must maintain and wear uniform provided by Naskila Casino, if applicable. Practice good personal hygiene. Must be willing to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as deemed necessary by the Department Manager.
