Responsibilities Clear and reset tables promptly to prepare for incoming guests, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area Assist servers by delivering food efficiently, supporting seamless service delivery Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing tables and chairs in accordance with sanitation standards Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, chairs, grill or supplies using safe lifting practices to prevent injure Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnover and address guest needs promptly Ensure all areas comply with sanitation regulations and uphold high standards of cleanliness throughout the shift Skills Strong cleaning skills with an eye for detail to maintain spotless dining environments Experience in bussing or food service roles that demonstrate familiarity with restaurant operations Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and physical movement of items Excellent internal communication skills to coordinate smoothly with servers, kitchen staff, and management Customer service mindset with a friendly attitude that enhances guest satisfaction Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards within the food industry Effective communication skills to ensure clear teamwork and guest interactions Also welcome walking in interviews Volcano
