What You Will Be Doing:

Our professionals are the most important resource in our service commitment to our customers. We nurture a progressive environment where challenging, empowered, and purposeful work is celebrated. Our Banquet/Event Attendants execute the setup, cleanup, maintenance, and break down of all banquets, weddings, meetings, and events at The Marq Southlake. This position also assists the Special Events Coordinator in setting up, implementing, and breaking down for city-wide special events. This is accomplished by delivering outstanding guest service in accordance with the established standards. Other functions include

Facility Operations:

Maintains the quality and satisfaction of event and meeting spaces. Cleans and sets meeting rooms, outdoor amphitheater, and banquet/event functions per specifications. Maintains proper care, movement, and storage of all equipment, including tables, chairs, audiovisual equipment, presentation podiums, and supplies. Anticipates and addresses guest needs during meetings and events by removing trash, restocking clean service ware and linens, straightening chairs, and replenishing refreshments. Monitors and maintains service corridors, pre-function spaces, and storage areas in a clean, organized, and unobstructed manner. Restocks linens and supplies in storage rooms as needed and maintains them in a clean, organized manner.
