Responsibilities Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately using POS systems. Support food preparation and handling in compliance with food safety standards, including proper manual handling and safe lifting practices. Help with in-person guest services by responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Manage heavy lifting tasks such as moving supplies, tables, or equipment safely to support restaurant operations. Ensure proper food running procedures are followed to maintain efficiency during busy service periods. Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality, communication, and guest engagement. Able to work outside and stand for long periods of time. Requirements Previous food service experience or restaurant background is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key! Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while adhering to safe lifting practices.
