GREAT WORK ENVIRONMENT
Mornings 6am-11am - Ensure compliance with breakfast brand standards by continually staying updated on program changes and facilitating adaptation. Demonstrate attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all written documents. Demonstrate a positive "can do" attitude and encourage that in employees. Promptly respond to all guest-related concerns including but not limited to complaints and special requests. Prepare, manage, and break down a complete Breakfast according to Magnus Hotel Management and brand standards Ensure freshness of products through proper rotation of stock. Ensure breakfast offering is only available during times posted. Adhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by the company including, but not limited to, those contained in the employee handbook. Be able to move miscellaneous items weighing up to 40 lbs. Ensure proper lifting techniques for all employees. Help maintain a monthly inventory of all supplies required to operate the department. Engage with guests on a daily basis to ensure their stay at our property was amazing and they'll want to come back again.
