Breakfast Attendant Hampton Inn & Suites Spanish Fork is seeking a friendly, dependable, and guest-focused Breakfast Attendant to join our team. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming morning experience for our guests by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean, well-stocked breakfast area. Schedule Fridays & Saturdays 6:45 AM - 12:00 PM addition days available during peak season Essential Responsibilities Provide professional, friendly, and attentive service to all guests, ensuring a positive breakfast experience. Prepare, present, and replenish breakfast items in a timely manner while maintaining quality and appearance standards. Set up and break down the breakfast area before and after service, including food stations, beverage stations, condiments, and dining areas. Monitor food levels throughout service and restock items as needed to ensure guest satisfaction. Clear and clean tables promptly, removing dishes, utensils, and glassware for sanitation. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting breakfast area in accordance with Hampton Inn standards. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations. Assist with inventory management by monitoring food supplies, rotating stock, and reporting low inventory levels. Inspect storage areas, coolers, and food products for cleanliness, quality, and proper organization. Communicate equipment issues, maintenance concerns, or service needs to management promptly. Prepare food and supplies for upcoming shifts and special events as needed. Participate in team meetings and training opportunities. Maintain a current Food Handler Permit. Support hotel operations and perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety. Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Previous food service, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds independently. Heavier items require team lifting assistance. Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and moving throughout the property.
