We're seeking a motivated, service-focused Assistant Dining Manager to support daily dining operations, lead team members, and help deliver exceptional service to residents. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone looking to grow their career in dining services, hospitality, or food service management while making a positive impact each day. What You'll Do Support the Dining Manager in overseeing daily dining and service operations Lead by example to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction Assist with staff scheduling, team coordination, and daily workflow management Help recruit, train, coach, and develop dining team members Ensure dining areas are clean, welcoming, and maintained to company standards Monitor service quality, address concerns, and resolve issues professionally Support inventory management, supplies, and operational needs Assist with special events, catering, and dining programs as needed Promote compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards Foster a positive, collaborative, and guest-focused team culture What We're Looking For Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional dining experiences Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Highly organized with strong attention to detail Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in dining services, food service, hospitality, or a related environment Experience in a lead, supervisory, or management support role Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Experience in senior living, healthcare, hotel, club, or institutional dining environments is a plus
