Pay:

$4 per hour base pay, plus tips. Tips are additional to the base wage; total earnings vary. Combined wages and tips must meet the applicable minimum wage, with the employer making up any required difference.

Hiring:

Four part-time openings. Hiring as soon as possible. Required availability We are open for dinner only. Evening/night shifts are required. Dinner shifts generally fall between 3:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.; exact start and end times vary. Available for a minimum of three shifts per week. Available to work Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. These availability requirements are non-negotiable. Help deliver attentive service at Ruth's Chris Steak House in Virginia Beach. As a Service Assistant / Busser, you'll keep the dining room ready for guests and support servers throughout the dining experience. What you'll do Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently for arriving guests. Assist servers with food delivery and respond attentively to guest needs. Keep glassware, silverware, dishware, and service stations stocked and organized. Communicate guest requests promptly to servers and managers. Follow sanitation and safety procedures and help maintain a clean dining room. Work cooperatively with teammates throughout service.
