A Busser, Banquet Worker, or Cafeteria Attendant assists with food service at a restaurant, large banquet hall or cafeteria. Removes used dishes, sets tables with clean dishes and linens, replenishes foods served at food stations or buffet tables, and provides water, coffee or other beverages for patrons.

Position Overview:
As a Busser/Back Server at Edson Hill, you'll play a crucial role in providing a seamless and unforgettable dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, polite, and eager to learn. This role involves working 2-4 shifts per week , including weekends and holidays, and may also include assisting with on-site events .
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering Food:
Ensure each dish is served correctly, with the right silverware and to the correct seat, creating a smooth experience for our guests.
Bussing and Resetting Tables:
Keep dining areas clean and organized, resetting tables between courses to ensure a flawless service. Supporting the
Team:
Help our servers and bartenders with side work, from polishing glasses and silverware to folding napkins and anything else to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
Maintaining Cleanliness and Organization:
Work to ensure both the front and back of house are spotless and efficient, helping to maintain the high standards we're known for. Closing the
Restaurant:
Assist in closing duties, ensuring everything is properly taken care of for the next service.

Experience:
Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred, but not required. We're happy to train the right person with the right attitude! Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with customers, kitchen staff, and fellow servers.
