Job Description
Pancita is a Mexican food project focused on the art of nixtamalization. Our goal is to share the beauty of fresh heirloom corn masa through traditional, and not so traditional Mexican dishes. Our staff shares in the pride of the presentation and flavors of our menu. To compliment our dishes, our beverage menu has been wonderfully curated to feature and highlight spirits and wine from Mexico. We are very excited about our Mexican wine list and cocktail program, and are looking for someone with similar enthusiasm, to join our team.
The right candidate sees the value of working cooperatively, is respectful off all guests and staff, and can maintain a gracious demeanor while working in a professional and fast-paced environment.
We are hiring a busser/host/server's assistant for a set schedule consisting Saturday evenings, with coverage shifts periodically requested. Our SA shifts start at either 4pm or 5pm, depending on whether you are opening or closing. Shifts range from 5-6 hours.
We are currently open Tue-Thur from 5-9. Fri & Sat 5-9:30
