Job details:

• Slicing meat and cheeses
• Baking chicken, potatoes, bacon, eggs, applesauce, cookies, biscuits
• Making sandwich sauces, coffee syrups, jelly, jam, cookie dough, biscuit dough
• Decorating cookies
• Putting away our food delivery on Tuesday
• Mopping, cleaning, and sanitizing work area at the end of every shift
• Additional cleaning tasks during slow season (December-February)
• Locking up the business and setting the alarm at the end of the night

Hours:

30-34+ dependent upon how busy the day and week have been. Must be able to lift 50 lbs This is an independent position that requires communication with the bakers, manager, owner and FOH staff. You will be working alone for a majority of your shift so reliability, dependability, and the ability to follow instructions is a MUST, in addition to previous experience in food prep is required. You will be the last person to leave the building so ensuring that everything is prepared and ready for the next day is crucial.
