Duties Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, garnishing, and assembling breakfast items in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, buffet stations, kitchen equipment, and storage spaces through regular cleaning and sanitizing Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, coffee machines, toasters, and warming trays Follow food safety management protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations and dietary requirements Handle weighty items carefully during food handling and restocking activities while adhering to manual handling guidelines Skills Proven experience in food service roles such as restaurant work, catering, or banquet service with a focus on breakfast or buffet setups Strong knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and safe food handling practices Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment.
