Job Description
Position Overview Assists with the preparation, packing, and organization of all trek meals. This role supports the Trek Food Manager by ensuring meals are accurately assembled, inventory is monitored, and the food area is kept clean and orderly. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role contributing directly to trek experiences success. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and label trek meals following packing procedures and daily order requirements. Restock shelves and prep stations with food items and packaging supplies as needed. Assist with daily inventory counts, report low stock, and help organize incoming deliveries. Follow packing checklists and labeling standards to ensure consistency and quality. Collaborate with the Trek Food Manager and team to support smooth daily operations and complete assigned tasks. Adjust priorities, order volumes, or tasks as directed by the Trek Food Manager Model the Scout Oath and Law in daily interactions while maintaining Maintain a clean, organized, inspected, neat, and safe work area Perform additional duties assigned by SBR leadership Abide by policies and procedures outlined in the SBR staff handbook Qualifications Minimum age: 18+
