Responsibilities Prepare and replenish breakfast items efficiently, ensuring freshness and presentation meet high standards Serve guests with friendly, attentive in-person customer service, addressing their needs promptly and professionally Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, food stations, and kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures Operate kitchen equipment such as toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays safely and effectively Handle manual tasks including weight handling of food ingredients and supplies with proper technique to ensure safety Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems when applicable Follow food handling protocols diligently to uphold food safety management standards and prevent contamination or spoilage Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, particularly in breakfast or buffet settings, is highly desirable Fine dining experience or banquet/catering background is a plus, demonstrating attention to detail and quality standards Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices within the food industry Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment and basic math skills for portioning and transaction processing Experience with wine knowledge or bartending is advantageous but not required Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Understanding of food safety sanitizing procedures, dietary considerations, and food handling regulations Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values energetic service, culinary excellence, and creating exceptional guest experiences every morning!
