Job Description

Mike's Quality Meats is looking for

BUTCHERS

with meat cutting experience to join our team. The ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about high-quality meat preparation and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Perform precise meat cutting and portioning Operate and maintain butchering equipment, including: Meat grinder Band saw Knives Vacuum sealer Set up and break down equipment safely and efficiently Provide excellent customer service at the counter Operate the cash register and handle transactions Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including: Mopping floors Washing dishes Sanitizing surfaces and tools

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a butcher or meat cutter Familiarity with meat cutting tools and safety standards Basic customer service and cash handling skills Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs Join a team that values skill, service, and cleanliness.
