In this role, you'll spend your day cutting, grinding, and packaging fresh meat, maintaining product freshness and inventory levels, and supporting a high-volume environment while delivering a great member experience. • Cut, slice, grind, and prepare meat products according to specifications
• Ensure freshness, quality, and proper rotation according to company standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and temperature control guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels, reduce shrink, and properly handle and store merchandise
• Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment safely and effectively
• Stock and organize displays to ensure products are available and visually appealing
• Assist members with product selection and provide expert recommendations
