Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Meat Cutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in breaking down carcass beef & hogs and boning out. Responsibilities Cut, trim, and prepare various cuts of meat according to specifications and customer requests. Ensure all meat products are handled and stored in compliance with food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including tools and equipment used in meat preparation. Collaborate with team to fulfill orders efficiently Qualifications Previous experience breaking down carcass meat Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Proficient knife skills with the ability to operate various cutting tools safely and effectively. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
