SUMMARY The Niemann Harvest Market Meat Journeyman Cutter is responsible for assisting customers, preparing and cutting meat, maintains quality in the fresh meat case, helps with department cleanliness and assist in receiving of product while working in a safe manner. The Meat Journeyman Cutter will assist the Meat General Manager in creating a positive store atmosphere for customers and a positive working environment for Associates while fostering the Niemann Harvest Market culture.
