Reports to the Produce Manager in the daily operation of the department, helping ensure smooth workflow and exceptional product quality. Lead by example on the sales floor, providing direction and support to team members and serving as the point person in the manager's absence. Maintain well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing displays through proper rotation, merchandising, and attention to freshness. Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service by assisting guests with product selection and answering questions about fresh and specialty produce. Help receive, inspect, and stock deliveries while maintaining accurate inventory and minimizing product shrink through proper handling. Support the training and development of new team members by reinforcing department standards, food safety practices, and customer service expectations. Work collaboratively with the Produce Manager and store leadership to achieve department goals while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Must be able to lift 50lbs Availabile to work mornings, nights, and weekends
