POSITION

— Butcher Shop Associate Part-time to start | Full-time available after training (typically 40 days based on performance) | includes weekends | Pay based on experience, will be discussed at the in person interview. | Hourly pay is in addition to tips & store credit bonuses based on weekly sales performance - potential for holiday bonuses. | Salary employees receive extra benefits and incentives after certain intervals of salary employment. You'll work the floor, pack and ship orders, help with production, and keep the shop running at a high level. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a personalized, educated shopping experience for every customer Pack and fulfill online and wholesale shipping orders accurately and on time Build real product knowledge: sourcing, preparation, flavor profiles Maintain shop display and merchandising to brand standards Assist with butchering, production, and quality checks as needed Keep inventory organized and compliant with health and safety standards
