Manage daily tasks based on the inventory flow of meat, ensuring timely processing and stock replenishment. Lead and supervise subordinate staff members, organizing their tasks to optimize workflow. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area following safety regulations. Ensure all meat products meet quality standards before packaging or sale. Assist customers with their inquiries related to meat products when necessary. Follow all safety procedures related to handling equipment and raw meat products. Requirements Proven experience in a retail store environment working as a butcher or in a similar role. Strong knife skills with the ability to perform precise slicing and cutting techniques. Experience operating meat processing machines is essential. Ability to organize tasks efficiently based on inventory flow of meat products.
