: Work kill floor if needed. kill animal, skin the animal, gut the animal, split the animal and washing and weighing of animals, you would be assisting with all of this. : Boning out meat, trimming steaks, packaging, clean up at the end of the day : Break beef and operate band saw cutting beef, hogs, lambs, goats, buffalo : wait on customers, answer phones, take cut instructions and special orders : Start at 5am and leave once the work is done for the day : Must be able to lift 40lb or more for luggers of meat. : Experience is a plus but willing to train if you are willing to work and learn. : Must get along well with others : We do not offer insurance at this time, but we are working on getting something in place for insurance here in the future. : Pay is based on experience and work ethic here.
