Description This position will require covering other store meat departments as needed. Reliable transportation required. On the Job Training available. Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat (beef, pork, poultry, and seafood) according to specifications
Operate and maintain equipment such as grinders, slicers, band saws, and knives safely
Inspect meat products for quality, freshness, and food safety compliance
Weigh, label, and package products accurately for display or customer orders
Maintain clean and sanitary work areas in compliance with health regulations
Stock and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste
Assist customers with special cuts, recommendations, and product information
Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages or supply needs
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and food handling guidelines Additional Details
